Return window
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. To start the return process, please contact us at info@luhvia.com. The goods must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since delivery.
Return Process
Please contact us first by email at info@luhvia.com with details of your order and the reason for the return, as goods returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the goods. Please pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transport. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 7 days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or colour), please contact us at info@luhvia.com within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will guide you through the return and exchange process step by step.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, contact us at info@luhvia.com as soon as possible. Please be aware that cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed.
Damaged Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please take a photo and email it to info@luhvia.com. We will address the issue by sending you a replacement or the correct item.
